Copy
Collated
When the Collated feature is On, the machine collates the copy
job into sets. For example, 2 copies of a 3 page job will print
one complete document followed by the second complete
document (e.g. 1, 2, 3 then 1, 2, 3).
Ø Press [Collate] on the control panel to display the current
setting.
Ø Press [Collate] to Enter ‘ON’.
Ø Press [Enter] to save the setting.
Reduce/Enlarge
You can reduce or enlarge the size of a copied image from
25% to 200%.
Ø Press [Menu/Exit] on the control panel. The display shows
menu with the first menu item; 1:2-UP COPY indicated.
Ø Press until ‘2:REDUCE/ENLARGE’ is indicated, then
press [Enter].
Ø Enter the required percentage using the numeric keypad.
NOTE: Use leading zero’s to ensure three digits are entered
e.g. enter 050 to program a 50% reduction.
If you press [Stop/Clear], the Entered percentage returns to
100%.
Ø Press [Enter] to save the Selection.
