Printer Problems

Job does not print in the
correct colors.
Adjust the colors through the software application, the printer driver, or
CentreWare DP. Change the
Color Correction
setting in the Color Menu. See

Job prints in a different
color and setting than
the color-setting set in
the printer driver.
Software settings override printer driver overrides the Control Panel setting.
Adjust the color in the software settings by changing the

Printer prints, but no
characters appear.
Make sure the tape is removed from the printhead. See
