Overstriking
If Option #15 is set to (A) or (B), the ULTRA will enter overstrike mode
(i.e., send PFS 3 to the printer) when a [character-backspace-different
character] sequence is detected in the data stream. The ULTRA will exit
overstrike mode (i.e., send PFS 4 to the printer) whenever a [character-
character] sequence is detected in the data stream while in overstrike mode.
Underlining
If Option #15 is set to (A) or (B), the ULTRA will enter underline mode
(i.e., send PFS 5 to the printer) when a [character-backspace-underscore]
sequence is detected in the data stream. The ULTRA will exit underline
mode (i.e., send PFS 6 to the printer) whenever a [character-character]
sequence is detected in the data stream while in underline mode.
Bolding
If Option #15 is set to (A) or (B), the ULTRA will enter bold mode (i.e.,
send PFS 9 to the printer) when a [character-backspace-same character]
sequence is detected in the data stream. The ULTRA will exit bold mode
(i.e., send PFS A to the printer) whenever a [character-character] sequence
is detected in the data stream while in bold mode.
