７-４. Error Messages
Here is a complete list of error messages that GT-782 shows. The "L" on the Display means error(s) in the left and "R" means
error(s) in the right. When mark ** is in Solution, write down the error code number and the message, and then make
contact to your dealer or Brother. Error codes of Warnings (#1xxx) are only written in Log file.

1000 (INK LOW Black) Black ink level is too low. Prepare a new Black ink cartridge.
1000 (INK LOW White-1) White 1 ink level is too low. Prepare a new White ink cartridge.
1001 (INK LOW Magenta) Magenta ink level is too low. Prepare a new Magenta ink cartridge.
1001 (INK LOW White-2) White 2 ink level is too low. Prepare a new White ink cartridge.
1002 (INK LOW Cyan) Cyan ink level is too low. Prepare a new Cyan ink cartridge.
1002 (INK LOW White-3) White 3 ink level is too low. Prepare a new White ink cartridge.
1003 (INK LOW Yellow) Yellow ink level is too low. Prepare a new Yellow ink cartridge.
1003 (INK LOW White-4) White 4 ink level is too low. Prepare a new White ink cartridge.
1021 Wp-Blade Life
The Print Head Wiper Blade needs to
be replaced.
See “7-2-9. Replacing the Wiper Blade” and replace to a new
one.
1051 CR Motor Life The Carriage Motor is worn. **
1060 Temp Low: xxx °F
The ambient temperature is below the
range that maintains the print quality.
“xxx” is the current temperature.
Raise the room temperature.
1061 Temp High: xxx °F
The ambient temperature is above the
range that maintains the print quality.
“xxx” is the current temperature.
Drop the room temperature.
1070 Battery Life The battery ran out. **
1080 RTC not Adjusted The internal clock has not been set. **
1090 Caps/Wiper Clean Needs to clean Caps and Wiper Clean the Print Head Caps and Wiper.
1111 Clean Tube W1 W1 needs to do Tube Cleaning. Execute Tube Cleaning W1.
1112 Clean Tube W2 W2 needs to do Tube Cleaning. Execute Tube Cleaning W2.
1113 Clean Tube W3 W3 needs to do Tube Cleaning. Execute Tube Cleaning W3.
1114 Clean Tube W4 W4 needs to do Tube Cleaning. Execute Tube Cleaning W4.
2000 NO INK Black Black Ink Cartridge is not installed. Install a Black Ink Cartridge.
2000 NO INK White-1 White 1 Ink Cartridge is not installed. Install a White Ink Cartridge.
2001 NO INK Magenta Magenta Ink Cartridge is not installed. Install a Magenta Ink Cartridge.
