• If you forget a procedure, or if you do not know the purpose of an
option in the printer driver, use the printer driver on-line Help. For
details refer to the
Windows Printer Driver Guide
or
Macintosh Printer
Driver Guide.
• If you are using Windows, click the question mark (?) in the upper
right corner of the dialog box. After the pointer changes to the shape
of a question mark, click the option in the dialog box to open a flyout
with a description of the selected option. You can also click the Help
button provided in the dialog box to open on-line Help.
• If you are using Macintosh, from the Help menu select Show
Balloons then point and click on the screen option to open a flyout
with a description of the selected option.
• These troubleshooting descriptions are for Windows 98, Windows 95,
Mac OS 8.5, and Mac OS 9 (If you are using an iMac, you must use
Mac OS 8.1 or later).
• In explanations where Windows 98 and Windows 95 are different, a
Windows 98 screen shot is provided.
