Is a foreign object blocking the feed slot?
Check the feed slot. If something is blocking the feed slot, remove it.
Are the printed sheets sticking to the surface below due to
static cling?
Static cling between the sheet and the surface of the desk or work table
could stop feeding, causing the printer to print repeatedly over the same
area without advancing the paper, especially when using High Gloss
Film HG-101 or Back Print Film BF-102. When printing with these
special media, a spread sheet of plain paper in front of the printer where
the sheets are ejected before starting the print job.
Screen colours and the printed colour do not
match
The colours on the printout are unsatisfactory. For example, on-screen
blue is printed purple or deep red, or on-screen light green appears deep
green or weak yellow. (strong red). Light green appears deep green
(week yellow).
Determine if the colour mismatch is significant
The print head could be clogged or the ink may have run out when the
colours on the printout do not match with the screen.

Print a nozzle check pattern. (☞56)

Clean the print head. (☞85)
If you are using Windows, click the Advanced button on the Main
sheet. On the Special Effects tab make sure that the Monochrome
Effects check box is clicked off.
Determine if only certain colours are unsatisfactory
Adjust the printer driver colour setting to match the colours.
