2.Right-clicktheiconofthisprinterandchoosePropertiestoopentheprinterpropertieswindow.
3.ClickthePorttabtodisplaythePortsheet.
4.ClickAddPorttodisplaythePrinterPortsdialogbox.
5.IntheAvailablePortlist,selectStandardTCP/IPPort.
6.ClickNewPort.
Afterthewizardstarts,awindowisdisplayedfortheWelcometotheAddStandardTCP/IP
PrinterPortWizard.
7.ClickNext.
8.InPrinterNameorIPAddress,entertheprinter’sIPaddress.
9.Followtheinstructionsonthescreentoaddaprinterport.
