Letting Users Customize the Workspace
You can allow users to change common user preferences by providing access to the
User Setup screen.
1. Go to System Info > Admin Setup > General Setup, then select .
2. Check the Allow User Setup option to make the User Setup option available
to users on the System Info screen.
User Setup includes the following options:
❑ Auto-Answer Point to Point
❑ Auto-Answer Multipoint
❑ Mute Auto-Answer Calls
❑ PIP adjustment
❑ Far Control of Near Camera
❑ Backlight Compensation
❑ Allow Remote Monitoring
❑ Meeting Password
❑ Far Site Name Display Time
❑ Multipoint Mode
Some of these options are also available to administrators on the Admin Settings screens.
