■ Connection of Other External SCSI Options
External SCSI options with different SCSI-IDs are connected in a daisy chain as shown in the following
figure. Up to two devices can be connected.
■ Notes on Connecting External SCSI Options
● SCSI-ID Setting
Do not use the same setting for different devices.
● Terminator
Install a terminator to the external SCSI option at the end of the daisy chain.
Alternatively, use the auto termination function of the external SCSI option.
Be sure to use the terminator supplied with a SCSI device only on that device.
● SCSI Cable
Select the SCSI cable for connecting a SCSI device depending on usage.
