• The ProjectorSpecificationsappear,showing the specificationsof allthe
projectors in the projection study.
• The Cartouche appears on the right of the Viewport.
In the Cartouche, you can specify a logo, a company name, an author
name, revisions, and notes.
• Notes can also be added anywhere in the Viewport, with any text.

The Projector Specifications, the Cartouche, and the Notes can be shown or hidden for
each page. To show or hide these items…
1.
Click on the Extras icon in the toolbar, in the upper right-hand
corner of the Viewport.
2.
Click on Show Notes, Show Cartouche, or Show Projector Specifica-
tions to toggle them On or Off.
A checkmark indicates that the item is toggled On.
