Warping workflow
1.
Select apresetthatfitsyourneeds. SeePreset: inWarping controls (p. 170).
2. Disable Perspective Correction if it is not needed, for example, if you
are using warping only to correct some content inaccuracies.
3. Create new points if needed with the right click menu or by using the
Ctrl+click shortcut.
A point cannot be created alone; it must be part of a row, a column, or
both. If a row or column already exists for a specific location, create
only the missing axis to avoid duplicate points.
4. Select points by clicking on them or dragging a selection box.
Selectedpoints areshownin blueand displaythe tangent manipulators,
unselected points are shown in white. In perspective mode, corners
cannot be multi-selected. Points can be added to the selection using
the Shift key.
5. Move selected points with the mouse or arrow keys.
Selectedpoints' manipulators canbemovedtodrag tangents.Lock and
symmetry options for theselected points'tangentscan beset withicons
in the Selection section of the Calibration pane. See Tangent Lock: and
Tangent Symmetry: in Warping controls (p.170).
6. Set the positions manually, in pixels, for a single selected point and its
tangent in the Selected Point section of the Calibration pane.
7. Move the points and tangents until the projected image fits accurately.
8.
Delete a selected point by pressing the Del key or using the right-click
menu.
As with point creation, a point cannot be deleted alone. A point must
be deleted with its row, its column, or both.
Warping controls
Subdivision Size:
Determines thesize ofsubdivisions use for the Bézier
surface.
The lower the size, the smoother the image will be.
Subdivision size can be set individually for X and Y
axes.
Show Wireframe:
Toggles whetherthewireframeis shown ornotshown
when editing the warping.
Perspective Correction:
Toggles whether the perspective is automatically
corrected or not when moving the corners of the
warping.
