The NVIDIA Manage EDID screen has three tabs.
a.
Export allows you to create an EDID file based on the
current display.
b.
Load allows you to load an EDID file to use as an
emulated EDID.
c.
Unload allows you to remove an emulated EDID file
from a connection.

Select the Unload tab on the Manage EDID window.
6. Select the emulated EDID that you wish to remove.
Only emulated EDIDs may be selected and removed. If the connector
is reading an EDID from an active display, the connector is grayed out
and is not selectable.

Click on the Unload EDID button.
