4. Use the Zoom tool to view the enlarged
scale. Move the marquee to align its left
edge with the left edges of the scale as
shown.

6. Compare the left edges of the scales with the scanned image. The starting points
of the scales should match exactly.
7. Check the left edges of the scales of the scanned image and calculate the
adjustment angle, as described in the next section.
