SVmco is necessary, only when you use PRIMECLUSTER linkage

5.3 Setting of sadump
In sadump, the following items are set for each partition.
- Validation of sadump
- Collection address of dump
- Compression at the time of dump collection
- Movement after dump collection
- Re-use of dump collection address.
