If one of these messages appears in the display panel, look for jammed
paper in the locations indicated in Figure 7-1:
• 13.x PAPER JAM CLEAR n PAGES
• 13.0 PAPER JAM CLEAR PRINTER
• STAPLER MALFUNCTION
• STAPLER ALIGN ERROR
x = the number for a specific jam
n = the number of pages jammed in the printer
