12. CommercialComputerSoftware.The Softwareis “commercialcomputersoftware”andis providedwith restrictedrights. Use,
duplication, ordisclosurebytheUnitedStatesgovernment issubjecttorestrictionssetforthin thisAgreementand asprovided inDFARS
227.7201through227.7202-4,FAR12.212,FAR 27.405(b)(2), FAR52.227-19,or FAR52.227-14(ALTIII) asapplicable.
13. InterfaceInformation. Tothe extent requiredby applicablelaw,and atCustomer's written request,Junipershall provide Customer
withthe interfaceinformation neededtoachieve interoperabilitybetweentheSoftwareand another independentlycreatedprogram,on
paymentofapplicablefee,ifany.Customershallobservestrictobligationsofconfidentialitywithrespecttosuchinformationandshalluse
suchinformationincompliancewithany applicable termsandconditionsupon whichJuniper makessuchinformationavailable.
14. ThirdPartySoftware.AnylicensorofJuniperwhosesoftwareisembeddedintheSoftwareandanysupplierofJuniperwhoseproducts
ortechnologyareembeddedin(orservicesareaccessedby)theSoftwareshallbeathirdpartybeneficiarywithrespecttothisAgreement,
andsuchlicensororvendorshallhavetherighttoenforcethisAgreementinitsownnameasifitwereJuniper.Inaddition,certainthirdparty
softwaremaybe provided withtheSoftwareandissubjecttothe accompanyinglicense(s),if any,ofitsrespectiveowner(s).To theextent
portionsof theSoftwarearedistributedunderand subjecttoopensourcelicensesobligatingJunipertomakethe source codeforsuch
portionspubliclyavailable(such astheGNU GeneralPublicLicense(“GPL”)orthe GNULibraryGeneralPublicLicense (“LGPL”)),Juniper
willmakesuch sourcecodeportions(includingJuniper modifications, asappropriate)availableupon request foraperiod ofup tothree
yearsfrom thedateofdistribution. Suchrequestcanbe madein writingtoJuniper Networks,Inc., 1194N. MathildaAve.,Sunnyvale,CA

15. Miscellaneous. ThisAgreementshallbe governedbythe lawsof theStateof Californiawithoutreferencetoits conflicts oflaws
principles.Theprovisions ofthe U.N.Convention fortheInternationalSale ofGoods shallnot applytothis Agreement. Forany disputes
arisingunder thisAgreement,the Parties herebyconsenttothepersonaland exclusivejurisdictionof,and venuein,the stateand federal
courtswithinSantaClaraCounty,California.ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireandsoleagreementbetweenJuniperand theCustomer
withrespecttotheSoftware, andsupersedesall priorand contemporaneousagreementsrelatingtothe Software,whetheroralor written
(includinganyinconsistenttermscontained ina purchase order),exceptthatthe termsofa separatewrittenagreementexecuted byan
authorizedJuniperrepresentativeandCustomershallgoverntotheextentsuchtermsareinconsistentorconflictwith termscontained
herein.Nomodificationtothis Agreementnoranywaiverof anyrightshereundershall be effectiveunlessexpresslyassentedto inwriting
bytheparty tobecharged. Ifanyportion of thisAgreementis heldinvalid,the Partiesagree thatsuchinvalidityshallnot affectthe validity
ofthe remainderof thisAgreement.ThisAgreementandassociateddocumentationhasbeenwrittenin theEnglish language,andthe
