4.2.02 Problem Lists
Technicians frequently request a list of common problems specific to a product. Service Training Kits are
written before a product is shipped to customers. Therefore, such information is NOT available when a
product is first released.
However, Okidata wants to respond to these requests. Okilink II provides round-table discussions on
technical problems. Errors and corrections in the training materials are listed in the Training Section of
Okilink II. The Technical Service Bulletins (also known as Okidata's Monthly Mail) are available via Okilink
II. Situations that are
NOT
addressed in the reference documentation, technical service bulletins, or
round-tables may be reported to the Dealer Service and Support Engineers (Contact Technical Support)
or the Technical Training Group (via Okilink). You will receive a response to your message within one
business day.
