8.2.2 PPPoE Encapsulation
PPPoE (Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet) is an IETF Draft standard (RFC 2516) specifying
how a personal computer (PC) interacts with a broadband modem (DSL, cable, wireless, etc.)
