6. In the Ready to Install dialog box, click Next to begin the process of copying and installing the
printing-system software folders and files. The Installation Status dialog box is shown in the
following figure.

This dialog box remains on the screen until all the installation components are checked off.
If you checked the I want to connect my printer after completing the setup wizard. check box
on the Printer Connection dialog box, the Finish dialog box appears next.
7. If you did not check the I want to connect my printer after completing the setup wizard. on the
Printer Connection dialog box, the Looking for new hardware – Please make sure printer is
connected dialog box appears next, prompting you to connect the product to the computer.
