o Remove the IO blade in slot 6 from the chassis.

that after the blade has been successfully inserted:
o Diagnostics will be performed on the IO blade.
o The diagnostics results will be posted.
o The IO blade will be initialized to its configured state.
o All ports on the blade will be initialized to their configured state.
