Initiates an editing session in which to change switch zoning attributes. The
system displays each parameter one line at a time and prompts you for a value.
For each parameter, enter a new value or press the Enter key to accept the
current value shown in brackets.
Examples The following is an example of the Set Config Blade command:
SANbox2 (admin-config) #> set config blade 1
A list of attributes with formatting and current values will follow.
Enter a new value or simply press the ENTER key to accept the default value.
If you wish to terminate this process before reaching the end of the list
press 'q' or 'qq' and the ENTER key to do so.

This configuration must be saved (see config save command) and
activated (see config activate command) before it can take effect.

Table B-12. Set Config Zoning Parameters
Parameter Description
InteropAutoSave Available only when the InteropMode parameter is True, this
parameter enables (True) or disables (False) the saving of
changes to active zone set in the switch’s permanent memory.
Refer to “InteropMode” on page B-45. The default is True.
Disabling the Autosave parameter can be useful to prevent
the propagation of zoning information when experimenting
with different zoning schemes. However, leaving the Autosave
parameter disabled can disrupt device configurations should a
switch have to be reset. For this reason, the Autosave
parameter should be enabled in a production environment.
DefaultVisibility Enables (All) or disables (None) communication among the
switch’s ports/devices and the fabric in the absence of an
active zone set. The default is All.
