Volume Groups Defined
A volume group is a method for partitioning the volumes in
AMASS. You can assign the following types of volume groups:
• Media verification group (MV) for the optional Infinite File
Life feature

• A numeric group, 1 through 2047
• A space pool (SP)
• A cleaning group (CL)
