1. Make sure you’re using the Apple Remote
within 30 feet of the computer, and have an
unobstructed line-of-sight to the computer.
2. Make sure you’re pointing the lens end of
the Apple Remote directly at the front of the
computer, and run PhotoBooth to check that
invisible IR signal is coming from remote.
3. Make sure “Disable remote control infrared
receiver” checkbox in the Security
4. Ensure that all available Software Updates have
been applied to the computer for access to the
latest bug xes.
