Resolving a No Prox Card Encoder Error
All Troubleshooting procedures assume that only factory-authorized supplies are in use in
the Printer.
Step Procedure
1 Review the following information.
• Symptom: There is no Prox Card Encoder installed.
• Printer Error State: Not Proximity Card Encoder is installed in the
printer.
• LCD Error Display: No Prox Card Encoder
• Driver Monitor Error Display: No Prox Card Encoder
