application or printer driver.
Select color mode instead of grayscale or
monochrome mode.
The correct printer driver is not loaded. Load the correct printer driver.
Printer driver does not recognize Tray 3, 4, or 5 in the duplex printing accessory
Cause Solution
The printer driver has not been configured to
recognize Tray 3, 4, or 5, or the duplex printing
accessory.
