1 Press and hold down S
TOP/CLEAR for 7 seconds to reset the
product.
2 Check the cabling connections.
3 If the error persists, unplug the power cord from its power source for
10 seconds, and then reconnect the power cord.
4 Try connecting the product to a different power source.
5 If the error persists, replace the contact image sensor.
6 If the error persists, replace the formatter.
