EFI_INVALID_PARAMETER
EndpointIndex is not valid.
EFI_INVALID_PARAMETER
EndpointDescriptor is NULL.
EFI_NOT_FOUND The endpoint descriptor cannot be found. The device may not be
correctly configured.
