Paper Jams
4. If you are using the duplexer, push the green tabs toward the center of the duplexer and
pull the duplexer toward you to remove it.
5. If there is paper jammed around the fuser unit, lift up the fuser unit release levers (1) on
the left and right sides of the fuser and remove the jammed paper (2).
6. Return the fuser release levers to their original position.
CAUTION: To remove the paper jammed near the fuser, turn the printer off and wait at least 10
minutes to allow the fuser to cool before removing the paper.
