In the following cases, lamp power may not drop
automatically.

When [LAMP POWER] is set to [ECO]

Immediately after the lamp is turned on or
immediately after setting [LAMP POWER]
z
If [AUTO POWER SAVE] is [OFF], [AMBIENT
LIGHT DETECTION], [SIGNAL DETECTION], and
[AV MUTE DETECTION] cannot be set.
z
The selection made here is reected to the
indication of the “ECO setting level” in the “Multi
Projector Monitoring & Control Software” installed
from the supplied CD-ROM.
When [NO SIGNAL SHUT-OFF]
was set in Step 3)
The projector enters the standby mode automatically
if no signal input status maintains. You can set the
latency until the projector enters the standby mode.
4) Press
󱚣󱚤
to switch [NO SIGNAL
SHUT-OFF].

The setting will change as follows each time
you press the button.
[DISABLE] [15MIN.] [60MIN.]
[DISABLE]
Disables the no signal shut-off
function.
[15MIN.] to
[60MIN.]
Enables the no signal shut-off
function. Allows you to set a time
in ve minute increments.

The duration is set to [30MIN.] by default and after
you perform initialization.
When [STANDBY MODE] was set
in Step 3)
You can set the power consumption during the
standby.
4) Press

to switch [STANDBY
MODE].

The setting will change as follows each time
you press the button.
[ECO] [NORMAL]
[ECO]
Restricts some functions in the
standby mode to reduce power
consumption.
[NORMAL]
Does not restrict functionality
even in the standby mode.
Note

If [SCHEDULE] is set to [ON], the setting for
[STANDBY MODE] in [ECO MANAGEMENT] is
automatically set to [NORMAL] and cannot be
changed. Even if [SCHEDULE] is then set to [OFF]
when in this state, the setting of [STANDBY MODE]
remains at [NORMAL].

If set to [ECO], you cannot use network functions
when the projector is standing by. Also, you cannot
use some protocol commands from <SERIAL>
terminals. When you turn on the power, projection
of the initial image may be delayed when compared
with [NORMAL] mode operation.

If set to [NORMAL], you can use network functions
when the projector is standing by.
