Mail Too Large
This error is raised when
the MFP is unable to
split the mail and send
it. For e.g. MFP
configured to mail size
1.0MB. And if the
scanned one page is
larger than the specified
mail size.
Increase the max mail size in
SMTP setup.
Empty Address Book
Display Address book is
empty, while trying to
get address from
Address book.
Enter some email addresses in
to local address book.
Address Book Full
Display when Address
book is full with
maximum entries.
If address book is full then for
adding new email user should
remove unused email address
in the address book.
Group Empty
Display when Group is
empty, while trying to
delete from Group.
Delete the entry when group
having the email addresses.
Group Full
Display when Group is
full with maximum
entries, while trying to
add an entry to the
group.
If group is full, remove the
unused entries in the group.
Entry AlreadyExists
This message will come
when we try to enter a
entry which is already
existing in Address
book.
Enter email address which
does not exist in a address
book.
Invalid Email ID
This message will be
displayed when we
enter an email id
- with space in between,
email addresses
- Starting with special
characters like. + - _ @
- Email Id with more
than one @
Enter valid email address.
