Editing a Speed Dial Number

Make sure that the machine is in the fax idle mode. If
necessary, press
Fax
to enter the fax idle mode.

Press
Phonebook
until “Store & Edit” appears on the
bottom line and then press
Enter
.

Press the scroll buttons until “Speed Dials” displays on the
bottom line and then press
Enter
.

Enter a speed dial number you want to edit and then press
Enter
.

Press the Left scroll button at the end of the entries to
delete the last digit or press and hold it to delete all digits
you entered.
To correct the beginning or the middle of an entry, move the
curser using the scroll buttons under the incorrect entry and
correct it.

Press
Enter
when the number and name appear correctly.
Group Dialling
If you frequently send the same document to several
destinations, you can create a group of these destinations and
set them under a one, two, or three-digit group dial location.
This enables you to send the same document to all the
destinations in the group.
Storing a Number for Group Dialling
