User Options (System Data)
Your machine has various user-selectable features. These options are preset
at the factory, but you may need to change them. To find out how the
options are currently set, print the System List. For more information on
printing the l ist, see To Pri nt Repor ts on page 1-50.
Setting an Option

Press the Menu button.

Press the System Data button on the One-Touch keypad.
The display shows the first option menu.

Scroll through the options by pressing the Down or Up buttons
repeatedly.

When the option you want appears in the display, enter the number for
the desired setting.
Or
You can use Right or Left buttons to select the desired setting.

Press the Enter button to store your choice in memory.
You can exit from setup mode at any time by pressing the Stop button.
When you press the Stop button, the machine stores the options you
changed and returns to the Standby mode.
