SHOW INTERFACE STATUS
Syntax
show interface [
port
] status
Parameter
port
Specifies the port whose parameter settings you want to view. You
can display more than one port at a time. To display all the ports,
do not include a port number.
Modes
Privileged Exec mode
Description
Use this command to display the speed, duplex mode, and VLAN settings
of the ports. An example of the information is shown in Figure 52.

Parameter Description
Port Port number.
Name Description of port. To set the description,
refer to “DESCRIPTION” on page 170.
Status Link status of the port. The status is Up if
the port has a link to a network device.
The status is Down if the port does not
have a link.
VLAN The ID of the VLAN in which the port is an
untagged member.
