4.3 Troubleshooting Method
When a problem occurs, go through the troubleshooting according to the following procedure.

out the recovery printing by opening the
cover, removing paper and closing the

• Load the paper or paper cassette in the
Second / third Paper Feeder.
• Verify connection of Board-BBB and
square-shaped connector. Replace the
square-shaped connector if necessary.
• Replace Board-BBB.
