Page Layout Printing
Use Page Layout Printing to print two or four pages at reduced size on one sheet of paper.
This printing method not only saves paper, it is also useful for printing double-page pictures
or charts, and printing pages for binding.
Page Layout Printing Allows you to print 2 or 4 document pages on the
same sheet. Click the button to enable Page
Layout Printing. After you click the button, the
Specify button appears on the right.
Click this button to open the Page Layout Printing
dialog box.
Pages Select the number of pages that you want to print on
one sheet.
