Problems and Solutions
Check the printer and interface cable
Check the printer status and the interface cable connections.
Check interface cable connections at the printer and computer
Check to see if paper or special print media you are using has been selected in the
printer driver
If you are printing on a paper size that has not been selected in the printer driver or the
software application, part of the text may be cut off.
• Use the selected paper size, or change the paper size selection in the software
application.
• Check the printer driver paper size selection and make sure that it is the same as
the paper size selected in the software application.
• If the software application does not allow paper size selection, select the paper
size in the printer driver.
Check to see if a WPS driver is installed
This printer may not operate properly if a WPS (Windows Printing System) driver is installed
in your computer and selected for the same port.
