■ Preview Dialog box
The Preview dialog box allows you to view the appearance of the document before it is
printed and adjust the color balance. There are two ways to open the Preview dialog:
• In the Print dialog box, click the Options button, click the Preview button for
Destination, then click the OK button to return to the Print dialog box. In the Print
dialog box, the Preview button has replaced the Print button. Press the Preview
button to open the Preview dialog box.
• In the Print dialog box, press the options key on the keyboard. The Print button
is replaced by the Preview button. Click the Preview button to display the
Preview dialog box.
Starts the print job.
Closes the Preview dialog and cancels the print job.
