Using the BJ Printer Status Monitor
■ Setting the BJ Printer Status Monitor Display for Every Print Job
If you want the BJ Printer Status Monitor to open for every print job, select “Always Display
Current Job” from the Options menu. When this command is marked with a check mark in
the menu, the BJ Printer Status Monitor will open for every job, not only when an error
occurs.
For more details about the BJ Status Monitor, click the Help button in the BJ Printer Status
Monitor menu bar and select Help Topics to open online Help for the BJ Printer Status
Monitor.
■ BJ Printer Status Monitor Low-Ink Alert
When the ink supply runs low in an ink tank, the BJ Printer Status Monitor will open and
display a low-ink alert message.
1 Look at the Status graphic display and read the message tab for a
description of the problem.
