4 Go to Printer Port Selection and then click LPT1: (Printer Port).
If the problem persists, make sure the printer port (LPT1) is operating
normally.
Checking the operation status of LPT1:
1 Click Start, select Settings, and click Control Panel.
2 Double-click the System icon.
3 Select the Device Manager tab.
4 Double-click Ports (COM & LPT) and double-click Printer Port (LPT1) or
Canon BJ Printer Port (LPT1) for Window 95.
