Problems and Solutions
To prevent curling, never leave paper in the sheet feeder for a long period.
Never load the following type of paper in the sheet feeder:
• Excessively thin paper (17 lb./64 g/m
2
or less)
• Excessively thick paper (28 lb./105 g/m
2
or more)
• Postcards
• Thick envelopes (use only US Com #10 or European DL)
• Punched or heavily embossed paper
■ Printout rotated 90 degrees
If the printout is rotated 90 degrees, the Orientation setting is not correct.
