Before You Call For Service
Obtaining the OS version number and amount of memory
1 From the Apple menu, select About This Computer.
2 Read and write down the version number of your operating system and
the amount of memory (RAM) currently installed.
Determining the amount of free disk space available
1 Double-click the My Computer icon.
2 Right-click the Hard Disk icon.
3 Select Properties from the pop-up menu.
