Printing List

Press Setup. The display shows “1.SYSTEM SETUP” on the
bottom line.

Press the Scroll buttons ( or ) repeatedly until you see
“5.REPORT/HELP” on the bottom line, and press Enter.

Press the Scroll buttons ( or ) repeatedly until you find
the list you want to print.

When the desired list displays, press Enter. The selected list
will be printed.
Fax Setup Options
Your product has various user-selectable setup options for the fax
system. These options are preset at the factory, but you may need
to change them. To find out how the options are currently set, print
the System Data list. For details on printing the list, see above.
Setting an Option

Press Setup. The display shows “1.SYSTEM SETUP” on the
bottom line.

Press the Scroll buttons ( or ) until you see “2.FAX
SETUP” and then press Enter. The display shows the first
option “SEND FROM MEMORY” on the bottom line.

Scroll through the options by pressing the Scroll buttons (
or ) repeatedly.

When the option you want appears on the display, press
Enter. The current setting is tagged with a at the end of
the display in bottom line.
