Basic System Setup
Setting Date and Time
If you are setting up the product for the first time, or if the product
has been unplugged for an extended period of time, the LCD
display prompts you to set the current date and time.
The current date and time are shown on the display when the
product is in Standby mode. The time and date are also printed on
all faxes you send.
In Standby mode, you can also access the date and time setup
menu any time by taking the following steps:

Press Setup. The display shows “1.SYSTEM SETUP” on the
bottom line.

Press Enter. The display shows “FAX NUMBER/NAME” on the
bottom line.

Press the Scroll buttons ( or ) until you see “DATE/TIME”
and then press Enter. The date currently set for the product
are displayed.
