Blocking Colour Copying
You can prevent unauthorized use of colour copying by requiring a
special PIN (Personal Identification Number) to use colour copying.
Take the following steps to activate this feature and set the PIN:

Press Setup. The display shows “1.SYSTEM SETUP” on the
bottom line.

Press Enter.

Press the Scroll buttons ( or ) until you see “PIN CODE”
on the bottom line of the display.

Press Enter.

Press Scroll button ( or ) to select “ON” to activate this
feature or “OFF” to disable this feature.

If you selected “ON”, the next display prompts you to enter
the PIN code number. Use the number keypad to enter the
PIN. It is preset to 0000.

Press Enter to save the selection.
Note that you have to enter the PIN when the display prompts
to activate colour copying .
