Values:
Fax Menu
Use the FAX menus to configure a variety of fax features.
NOTE: The FAX service cannot be used unless you set up a country code under
Country. If Country is not set up, a message Set Fax Country
appears on the display.
NOTE: Values marked by an asterisk (*) are the factory default menu settings.
Fax to
Purpose:
To specify the recipient.
Values:
Resolution
Purpose:
To specify the scan resolution to improve the output quality.
Values:
0.0 inch
*
(0 mm*) Sets the value in increments of 0.1 inch (1 mm).
0.0–2.0 inch (0–50 mm)
Recipient Keypad
*
Enters the fax number using a keypad.
Speed Dial Enters the speed dial number stored.
Phone Book Searches the fax number from the Phone Book.
Group Dial Searches the fax number from the Group Dial in
the Phone Book.
Search Local Phone
Book
Searches the fax number from the local Phone
Book.
Search Server Phone
Book
Searches the fax number from the Server Phone
Book.
