Adding a new Group
You can set up a Group of people that you send the same fax to.

Click Group.
The Group Setting dialog box will appear.

In the Group Name field, type a name for your Group.

In the Stored Fax Numbers box select the people for your Group
Click.
The selected people will appear in the box under the Group Name
field.

Click OK to go back to the Address Book dialog box.

Click OK to go back to the Print/Facsimile dialog box.

Then if you are ready to send your fax, click Send Fax.
