The printed output is not what
you expected?
There may be a
communication problem
between the MultiPASS L60
and your PC.
Make sure the PC and
application are configured
correctly for communicating with
the MultiPASS L60. See the
MultiPASS Desktop Manager
User’s Guide.
The parallel interface cable
may not be securely
connected to the MultiPASS
L60 and the computer.
Check the parallel interface
cable’s connections. See page
2-15.
The parallel interface cable
may not be the correct type.
Make sure you are using a bi-
directional parallel interface
cable. See page 2-15.
The parallel interface cable
may be too long.
Make sure your parallel
interface cable is less than 2
metres long.
You may not be using the
correct printer driver.
Make sure you have selected the
MultiPASS L60 Printer Driver in
the Printer’s dialog box or from
your application’s printer dialog.

Previous software settings
may not be cleared.
Make sure the MultiPASS L60
was cleared of the previous
software settings before the print
job started. See the application’s
