DSNC—write to console operator
Chapter 24. DSNC—CICS DB2 transaction DSNC
The DSNC transaction can be used to perform the following:
Enter DB2 commands from a CICS terminal.
Cause threads to be terminated when they are released
(DSNC DISCONNECT).
Display information about transactions using the CICS
DB2 interface, and display statistics (DSNC DISPLAY).
Modify the unsolicited message destinations, and modify
the number of active threads used by a DB2ENTRY, the
pool, or for commands (DSNC MODIFY).
Shut down the CICS DB2 interface (DSNC STOP).
Start the CICS DB2 interface (DSNC STRT).
