2. Remove any paper jammed in the printer by pulling it gently
upwards and towards the rear of the printer, opposite the
paper flow.
Caution: Avoid touching the shiny, blue surface of the print
cartridge. Damage to the blue surface can cause print defects.
3. Close the top cover by pushing it down firmly until it latches
into place and is flush with the cover.
4. If you cannot remove the jammed paper in step 2, remove
any paper protruding from the manual feed slot by pulling it
gently out from the back of the printer.
