What Do I Want the Message Manager to Do?
There are six ways to allocate the flexible Message Manager memory, depending upon
which best fits your needs.
You may need to use only one mode on a regular basis, but periodically change modes to
meet high or low message days. The six modes are as follows:
The factory setting is DOC.: OFF/VOICE: ON.
Mode Settings at a Glance
* Use 2) DOC.: ON, VOICE: EXT. and 3) DOC.: ON, VOICE: OFF mode when you want all available

* Even when you set DOC.: OFF mode (4), (6), you can use Memory key and Broadcasting as usual.
